Shipping Information
All orders are processed using a flat rate per item charge. The fat rate charge covers standard shipping costs. GiftsfortheBirds.com uses UPS and the US Postal service for all shipping. At this point in time this is the only option available. Items are generally processed within 1-2 business days. The shipping time depends on your location. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email as your receipt. Your receipt information can also be view by logging in to your GiftsfortheBirds.com account. Once your order has been processed another email will be sent containing the estimated time of arrival. Most orders are received with in 5 days after the order has been processed. However we make no guaranteed of these time frames and they are subject to change on an order per order basis. Certain situations such as holiday traffic may result in longer shipping time frames. Please keep this in mind when you are processing your order. All orders are processed on a first come first server basis.
Tracking numbers of each order will be obtained by GiftsfortheBirds.com for each order. These tracking numbers maybe shared with customers for tracking purposes. These numbers will be held as proof that merchandise has been delivered. Once items are shown to be in delivered status GiftsfortheBirds.com will issue a delivery notice to the customer. If an item is said to be delivered but was never received please contact GiftsfortheBirds.com immediately so action can be taken to resolve delivery issue. This type of issue will be handled on a case per case basis and may result in a new item being shipped to the customer. This policy is subject to change.
Return policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds granted for items bought. All items are shipped as brand new and in excellent condition. All sizes and dimensions are clearly posted with detailed photos of each item. Items sold by GiftsfortheBirds.com are delivered as advertised and therefore once the item is received all responsibly carried by GiftsfortheBirds.com has been fulfilled. There is no buyer’s remorse. Inventory is purchased by GiftsfortheBirds.com at the time that the order is fulfilled and therefore can not be returned under any circumstances other than being damaged or defective.
Defective Items
Defective or damaged item(s) must be reported within 15 calendar days of delivery date. Upon the report of a damaged item(s) within the 15 day period GiftsfortheBirds.com will ship replacement item(s). The damaged item(s) must be returned to GiftsfortheBirds.com within 30 days after the replacement has been issue. The Customer will be notified of all dates involved with the replacement item(s) once a damaged item claim has been filed. To report a damaged item please email sales@GiftsfortheBirds.com. The replacement Item(s) will be shipped only after credit card information has been provided to cover the cost of the item(s), if damaged item(s) is not returned. Credit card information provided will not be charged until the full 30 days has passed from the replacement item's shipping date. There is no refund for damaged items and no returns for miss-purchased merchandise. In the case of a damaged item the buyer does have the right to receive credit rather than a replacement item being shipped. Credits are good for GiftsfortheBirds.com only and can not be traded for cash. Credits must be used within 1 year of being issued. Mistakes are judged on a case by case basis.
Warranty Information
Products carried by GiftsfortheBirds.com carry no warranty provided by GiftsfortheBirds.com. Electronic items may carry a warranty provided by the original manufacturer however this is not guaranteed and not honored by GiftsfortheBirds.com. If a manufactures warranty exists fulfillment lies solely on the manufacture and are carried out under their terms, conditions, and limitations.
